To ensure the best service and quality for your event, please review our ordering terms before placing your order.

Ordering Deadlines:
Event Packages (Large Setups & Full Decor Installations) – Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Simple Setups (Small Balloon Arches, Pillars, and Backdrops) – Must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
Grab-and-Go Balloons (Bouquets, Mini Garlands, Number Balloons, etc.) – Must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-Minute Orders – Subject to availability and may require a rush fee.
